Everything has a price, and the price of truth is steepest of all.

Eden has an ironclad five-year plan. In three months, she’s saying good riddance to Los Angeles and returning to the Pacific Northwest for medical school. Nothing is going to get in her way. Nothing… but the impossible.

When she glimpses her doppelgänger at a party, the seemingly accidental meeting turns her life in a direction she never imagined, shredding everything she knows about herself and where she comes from.

The one constant in her collapsing world is Liam Rourke, a man whose dark desires are matched only by his tenderness. But Liam is more than a master in the bedroom–he’s a master of lies.

Uncovering the truth might cost Eden her love.

Her family.

Her life.

Some things are worth dying for.

5 Stars

I want to start off with the book cover. This cover is what initially drew me to Double Vision. I noticed one of my friends on Instagram had posted about it, so I decided to check it out. I’m so glad I did! This is the first book I have read by L.M. Halloran and it won’t be my last! I’m looking forward to reading more of her books!

Mind-Blown. This dark romantic suspense will have you questioning everything.  The suspense in Double Vision kept me guessing throughout the book! Who can you trust? Is he or she good or bad? What are their real intentions? These are just a few of the questions you will be asking yourself while your reading Double Vision. If you didn’t have trust issues before reading this book, you may have them after you are finished!

There were so many times I found myself holding my breath, unsure of what was going to happen next! Talk about keeping you on your toes!

Eden. She reminds me so much of myself. She is strong, fearless, loyal, and she doesn’t back down. Once she has her mind set on something, she is going to keep going no matter the consequence.

Liam. I had mixed feelings about him. He treats Eden like a queen, but he’s shady as hell sometimes. I didn’t know what to think of some of his actions throughout the book. I did enjoy reading the story of Liam and how he became the person he did. The author did a perfect job on going back and forth between the present and past for both Liam and Eden.

Overall, this is a story you don’t want to miss!

Thank you for taking your time to read this post!
